- Book your move and confirm the date
- Update your address with your bank, gas agency and other services
- Use up food stocks and avoid buying in bulk

- Defrost and clean the fridge
- Pack a day-one bag with essentials, documents and medicines
- Arrange lift and parking permissions at both ends

- Walk through every room with the team
- Check the inventory before the truck leaves
- Keep cash, jewellery and documents with you
